In connection with the adoption by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on April 7, 2016 of the Regulation (2016/679) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we would like to fulfil the information obligation referred to in the above-mentioned regulation informing you that:

Your personal data are processed in connection with:

1. the necessity to perform contracts concluded by you with the Data Controller, as well as the actions taken before the conclusion of the contracts at your request (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR), 

2. the necessity to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR),

3. Your consent to the processing of personal data in order to represent you in the ordered case until its completion, including sending commercial information (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR),

4. the protection of your interests, as well as other natural persons who may be present in your case (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter d) of the GDPR),

5. achieving the goals resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR),

I will process your* data only for the purpose of the performance of the legal aid contract covered by the power of attorney/order*, in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 5 of the GDPR and Art. 6 of the Act of May 26, 1982. The Law on the Bar (consolidated text Dz.U. 2017, item 2368 with later amendments).

It is unacceptable to process your* data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Your personal data are stored for the period:

1. of complying with the legal obligation imposed on the Data Controller,

2. necessary until the end of the entrusted order, taking into account the archiving period of the case files;

3. until raising an objection in the event that personal data are processed for marketing purposes on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller,

4. until withdrawing your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent expressed prior to its withdrawal. The categories of recipients of personal data include: financial institutions, commercial agents, postal operators, couriers, entities providing hosting/server services and entities from the IT industry, entities providing legal and debt recovery services.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

1. request access to your personal data from the Data Controller,

2. request rectification of your personal data from the Data Controller,

3. request deletion of your personal data from the Data Controller,

4. request the Data Controller to limit processing of your personal data,

5. object to your data processing;

6. transfer your personal data,

7. lodge a complaint to the supervisory body,

8. withdraw your previously expressed consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Data Controller – in accordance with applicable regulations – provides all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data to prevent accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access to them.
